Village School Parents Association Welcomes You!

September, 2007

Welcome to the Village School Parent Association!  We have a number of volunteer opportunities that await you, and we look forward to your involvement throughout the school year.  Please take a look at what we have to offer, or better yet, come join us at one of our meetings.  Meeting dates are posted in this section of the Village School website, and notices will also be sent in the Friday Folder.

See a committee you are interested in?  Contact one of the Committee Chairs, and she will get you involved.  Not sure what to get involved with?  Come to one of our meetings, or call anyone on the Executive Committee.  We will answer your questions and help you find a way to become an active participant in VSPA.

As you will see as you review our pages of the website, there are a variety of opportunities that await you in VSPA, from helping serve the greater community through Community Service, to showing our appreciation to the Village School teachers and staff through Teacher Hospitality, to assisting us in our fundraising efforts, whether through the main Fundraiser in the Spring to the Ongoing Fundraisers sponsored by the Small Fundraiser Committee.  And that only names a few of the opportunities!

You will find volunteering with VSPA to be a rewarding and worthwhile experience.  At times, it is hard work, but it is also a truly enjoyable experience you will always remember.  Everyone on the VSPA Executive Committee, as well as our Committee Chairs, looks forward to having you join us and become an active member in VSPA.
